Unfortunately, we’ve had to say goodbye to two of our furry family members this week. Eddie – with the white fluffy tummy – lived with us for almost 20 (!!) years. A couple of months ago, we were told he didn’t have much time left, so we tried to help him have the best time he could. He passed away very early Saturday morning. Sasha, the tortoiseshell, joined our family six years ago today (along with her sister). Until Eddie passed away, Sasha had seemed fine, but she took a downturn and, at a vet’s appointment on Monday, we were absolutely shocked to hear that she had only days left to live. Sadly, she passed away earlier to day. We are broken-hearted.
